These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.kindlycleaners.com (the “Site”) and any cleaning services offered by Kindly Cleaners LLC (“Kindly Cleaners,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our Site or booking services through our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of our Site and services.
1. Ownership & Intellectual Property
All content on our Site—including logos, text, service descriptions, graphics, photos, documents, and digital materials—is the property of Kindly Cleaners LLC and may not be reused, copied, or distributed without written permission.
2. User Accounts
In order to request or book services, you may be required to create an account.
By creating an account, you agree that:
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You will maintain accurate, updated, and truthful information.
You will not share your password with others.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if fraudulent, inaccurate, or illegal activity is suspected.
3. Services Provided
Kindly Cleaners offers professional residential cleaning services, including:
One-time cleaning services
Recurring cleaning services
Move-in/move-out cleaning
Deep cleaning and add-on specialty services
Service Accuracy
We strive to display accurate information about our services, pricing, and availability. However, certain factors such as home condition, size discrepancies, or special requests may alter the final cost. We reserve the right to adjust pricing or modify bookings in accordance with service needs.
Right to Refuse or Cancel
We may refuse, modify, or cancel a booking for reasons such as:
Unsafe or unsanitary conditions
Inaccurate or incomplete service information
Aggressive/hostile household behavior
Incorrect pricing due to system or data errors
If a booking is canceled after payment processing, applicable refunds will be issued according to our refund terms below.
4. Payment Terms
We accept the following payment methods:
Credit & Debit Cards
Online/Automatic Payments (via secure third-party processors)
By submitting payment information, you authorize us and our payment partners to process charges for scheduled services.
Payment Timing
Unless otherwise stated, payment is due after the service has been completed, and the card on file may be automatically billed after completion.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We ask for a minimum of 24 business hours’ notice (Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–11:00 PM EST) to cancel or reschedule a booking.
If proper notice is provided, there is no cancellation fee.
Failure to provide required notice may result in a late cancellation fee up to 50% of the estimated service cost.

6. Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds once a service has been completed.
However, we stand behind the quality of our work. If you are dissatisfied, please contact us within 24 hours and we will work with you to address concerns, which may include a free re-clean of overlooked areas.
7. User Behavior & Requirements
Customers agree not to:
Request services that violate local, state, or federal laws
Harass, threaten, or act abusively toward cleaning staff
Misrepresent home size, condition, or cleaning needs
Allow unsafe or hazardous environments
Failure to comply may result in service refusal, additional charges, or account termination.
8. Third-Party Services
We use third-party companies (including payment processors and scheduling software) to operate our platform and provide services. These companies may have access to the personal data needed to process bookings, payments, and communication. They are not permitted to use your information for any purpose other than performing their contracted role.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kindly Cleaners LLC and its employees, contractors, owners, affiliates, or partners are not liable for:
Property damages except those directly and unquestionably caused by staff
Allergic reactions to cleaning supplies if not disclosed prior to service
Theft claims without evidence directly linking responsibility
Service interruptions or website malfunctions
Our total liability is limited to the value of the service purchased.
10. Indemnification
By using our Site or services, you agree to indemnify and hold Kindly Cleaners harmless from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from:
Misuse of our services or platform
Violations of these Terms
Negligent or unlawful conduct related to your service location
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes arising from service use or website activity will be handled within applicable Virginia courts.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be removed without affecting the validity of the remaining Terms.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our business or legal requirements. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our Site or services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
